Work with Saffir is a digital strategy and marketing business based in Canada (“Work with Saffir,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through workwithsaffir.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, and anything you write in your message.
- Discovery call bookings: your name, email address, and any answers you add when booking through Calendly.
- Email: anything you send to us by email.
- Service agreements: when you accept a service agreement on our site, your name, email address, the date and time of acceptance, your time zone, and your IP address. We keep this with your client record as proof that you accepted.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: if you choose Accept all, pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your general location (city or region), and how you found the site. We use Google Analytics for this. If you choose Necessary only, Google Analytics may still receive basic signals without cookies or identifiers to help us estimate overall traffic.
- Security and hosting data: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Reply to your questions and requests
- Schedule and prepare for discovery calls
- Provide the services you hire us for
- Understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- Keep the site secure
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and business:

Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local laws. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages, emails, and discovery call booking details for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements. Website statistics in Google Analytics are kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it, where the law allows
- Withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer
If you are in the United States, you have the same choices. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

How we protect it
We use reputable providers with secure connections (HTTPS) and limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
